Of all the United States Presidents, we have only had one Eagle Scout, Gerald Ford. But he was not elected.
Does that mean that the scouting values can win in United States politics? Does this mean that you must lie, cheat, and steal to become president?
Here is my current known list of all former U.S. Presidental Candidates:
- Lamar Alexander - Lawyer, Governor of Tennessee, Secretary of Education, former presidential candidate
