Do you want to be able to read your Disc's from the camcorder or your PC? This is so far how I've gotten it to work.

1. Grab the file from here.

2. Follow the directions in the readme after extracting it.

3. You should have restarted.

4. Try opening the video then with Oxygen. (Media Player Classic was showing jerky video.)
